Frøken Norge 2011 or Miss Norway 2011 will be held on August 27, 2011 at the Storefjell Resort Hotel in Gol. The winner will represent Norway in Miss World 2011 in London, England on November 6. The Frøken Norge Universe/Norske Miss Universe 2011 (first runner-up) will competes in Miss Universe 2012.







Currently, Norway has two national beauty pageants. The winner of the oldest Norwegian beauty pageant, Miss Norway competes in Miss Earth and the runners-up to Miss International and Miss Europe. The winner of another pageant, Frøken Norge, competes in Miss World and the runner-up or the Frøken Norge Universe/Norske Miss Universe competes in Miss Universe.
