A BEAUTIFUL BALLAD

Dedicated to showcasing the work of the most creative young talent around, the achingly cool BALLAD OF... magazine is an Elite favourite, and as our very own Justine Boomer graces the cover of the third glorious issue, out tomorrow, we thought we'd better getting blogging about this magnet for new artistic talent. 

Highlights curated by the brilliant Ballad Of... girls Lindsey and Claire include a mix of contributions from the likes of super talented snappers (and Elite faves) Jessie Craig and Ellen Rogers, and kooky contemporary stuff like Blaubushka's absorbing photostories. We're also dead chuffed that Ballad Of... was first off the mark to publish the Moustache Project by our friend Rokas Darulis. Good work girls!

BREAKOUT SEASON - JUSTINE BOOMER

Every season it's exciting to see who will really come alive and start making their mark during shows, and this season we were thrilled with the progress of new recruit Justine Boomer. The 17 year old Canadian caused a stir when she first walked in to the agency, and our gut feelings were right as she booked a fantastic first season, topped off by an appearance for Luella and the responsibility of the key piece in her countryman Todd Lynn's incredible show. She's heading to Paris now, but we're looking forward to having her back in London very soon!
